HRDC is committed to building strong relationships within the community to better serve the residents of Allegany County. Several community minded businesses and agencies have partnered with HRDC to make HRDC's programs successful.
Community Action Partnership/Virtual CAP
HRDC is a member of the Community Action Partnership whose mission is to be a national forum for policy on poverty and to strengthen, promote, represent, and serve its network of member agencies to assure that the issues of the poor are effectively heard and addressed. The Virtual CAP provides an in-depth look at innovative programs and projects developed by Community Action Agencies around the United States.
