Community Based Training provides Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) clients with the opportunity to acquire needed computer skills and knowledge necessary to perform a broad array of jobs. The Community Based Training Program is designed to prepare the TCA client to enter the work force in the least amount of time possible.
