HRDC operates a housing program and related services to ensure that families in Allegany County have access to decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing as well as a range of quality housing choices through the agency's Affordable Housing Program.
HRDC owns or manages rental housing for eligible residents of Allegany County. Eligibility is based on family size and occupant income. Units are located throughout the county.
